We are seeking a full-time Dispensary Quality Assurance Manager to assist our dispensary partners in succeeding on GMD and providing an excellent service to customers.
The Dispensary Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for monitoring and scoring our dispensary partners to ensure their success on the platform ensure that they are providing an amazing customer experience for our users. This individual will also coach our dispensary partners to improve the customer experience. Through monitoring and coaching our partner dispensaries, the Quality Assurance Manager will provide recommendations to improve processes, policies and technology enhancement recommendations. The successful candidate will be customer obsessed, highly organized with an ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet deadlines.
HOURS & LOCATION
— This is a full-time position, hours are 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
— Must be able to meet at our Florence office 3 times a week
— Provide quality training for existing and newly onboarded dispensary partners
— Learn and understand GMD growing suite of products
— Meet with dispensary partners to provide coaching on quality and customer experience
— Prepare documentation and reports on dispensary performance and quality in order to develop processes for better serving customers
— Identify recurring problems and propose data-driven process improvements to sales and account management teams
— Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions
— Communicate dispensary feedback to (make weekly reports) Sales and Account Management team in order to develop processes for better serving customers
—1+ years customer service or account management experience
— Bachelor’s Degree
— Ability to meet tight deadlines required
— Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required
— Experience with Google Docs is required
— Ability to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment required
— Must be able to work as a team but also independently with limited direction
— Dynamic time manager, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
— Tech savvy, strong in multi-tasking between different programs and communications
— Understanding of how the medical marijuana market works in Arizona
